Custom Font Set

Sarah Arrington Nov 28, 2018 08:04PM CET

I'm trying to get Din Condensed to show up as my custom font, but when I apply it to each page the font doesn't change at all. I embedded the code from typekit but it doesn't appear to be working.

Current code: <link rel="stylesheet" href="https://use.typekit.net/ykj6xqj.css">

Hi Sarah,

While we don’t typically provide custom font support since there are so
many variables outside our control, I can tell you the most common Typekit
issues are usually solved by one of the below simple fixes.

Here are some things to try while troubleshooting:

1. Make sure you have the domain settings correct in your kit settings. If it doesn’t work when you match your domain exactly, try a couple variations of your domain, such as some with or without the ’www."

2. Make your kit is published.

3. Ensure that you are referencing the EXACT system name that TypeKit specifies under your Webfont’s system name. The system name should be listed under the option to grab your CSS code in the kit settings.

4. Lastly, if all this still is not working it may be your hosting server is blocking the external connection from TypeKit. Try contacting your host and request these sort of external connections are unblocked and whitelisted.

I hope that helps!
Lu
