Semplice does not provide multi-language features or support multi-language plugins like WPML.
However, you can get around this by using a plugin called Conditional Menus.
This plugin essentially allows you to show different menu items depending on conditions such as page or project. What you can do then is create duplicates of your pages in different languages, and show/hide certain pages for each language with the plugin.
Keep in mind, you'll need to set conditions in Wordpress under Appearance > Menus, since this plugin doesn't work in the Semplice backend. You will also need to disable Single App mode under Semplice > Settings, since Conditional Menus does not work with Single App mode.
